Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet with local companies that are hiring, who will be pre-screening candidates on the spot, as well as taking resumes and applications.

Last year’s event proved to be a success for both employers and job seekers, as many employers were able to meet with candidates that suited the positions for which they were hiring.

MBOT hosted over 40 employers and over 600 people attended. Many different sectors lined the atrium of the Living Arts Centre. Local community partners were also present, providing employment advice and highlighting their many programs and serves to help individuals become gainfully employed.

If you are an employer interested in a display table, or a potential candidate interested in attending please contact Steven Isidori, Policy & Research Coordinator at policy@mbot.com or 905-273-6151 ext. 38.
