An Evening with the Deputy Ministers

Drive awareness of your brand among the top decision-makers in the Ontario government, the Deputy Ministers.

An Evening with the Deputy Ministers brings together business and community leaders for the unique opportunity to connect directly to the action drivers in the Ontario government in a sociable setting.

The evening consists of networking and a dinner. With only 300 seats available, it is always quick to sell out.

OCC Annual General Meeting

Our AGM is your platform to directly engage over 200 chamber executives and board members who represent communities from across Ontario.

The OCC Annual General Meeting brings our members together to determine the OCC’s strategic direction for the upcoming year. Over three busy days, delegates debate pressing issues, network, celebrate community leadership, and hear from experts and political leaders.

Ontario Business Achievement Awards (OBAAs)

This red carpet awards gala puts your organization’s commitment to business excellence in the spotlight. The OBAAs hosts high-profile guests, attracts media, and offers premier brand recognition for its sponsors and partners.

For 30 years, the OBAAs have been celebrating business success in Ontario, and is now the most recognized industry gala in the province. OBAAs are awarded to businesses for their achievements in many areas, including innovation, market expansion, exporting, and corporate citizenship.

Our 1,000 guests are the business leaders and entrepreneurs that drive the Ontario economy. They represent small, medium, and large enterprises from across sectors.

Ontario Business Advisory Council (OBAC)

Expand your influence and demonstrate your commitment to business leadership by hosting a series of intimate, closed-door conversations with the most important decision-makers from Ontario and Canada.

The Ontario Business Advisory Council (OBAC) provides our members with the rare opportunity to engage in an intimate and off-the-record dialogue with business and public sector leaders. Only the most relevant economic issues are discussed at these exclusive hour-long meetings.

Attendance is limited to those OCC members with OBAC privileges.

Ontario Economic Summit

Show leadership by supporting socio-economic progress in Ontario and connect to the audiences that matter to your organization by sponsoring the Ontario Economic Summit–an event that is considered to be among the most important business gathering in Ontario.

The Ontario Economic Summit supports economic growth in the province. Presented by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, the OES convenes leaders from the private and public sectors in a collaborative forum to define the solutions to Ontario’s greatest economic challenges.

The interactive two-day summit involves thought-provoking debates, strategic and interactive sessions, one-of-a-kind networking, and inspiring new solutions for driving growth in your business and the Ontario economy.

Approximately 200 senior-level delegates attend OES on an invite-only basis.

Economic Leadership Series

Make a local connection with business leaders in communities and sectors across Ontario.

The Economic Leadership Series (ELS) facilitates community-level economic stewardship among business and civic leaders. Each session results in consensus over long-term economic priorities for a particular sector or region. Champions are identified and commitments are made to move actions forward within 3-6 months following the session.

Between 60 to 100 delegates are engaged in our three hour ELS sessions.

In 2013 we introduced the sector-specific ELS sessions, which brings together leaders from industry to identify and act on sectoral priorities.
